In order to optimize resource utilization across a client's different outsourcing tasks, SHST recommends a consolidated support approach through On – The – Go - Model. In this model, a common pool of offshore resources with required skill sets will be deployed to support the outsourcing activities across different areas.

Using a SLA based approach, a shared resource pool model, and a methodology customized for managing a variable resource model, SHST has been able to deploy teams that are highly flexible, allowing quick ramp-up/ramp-downs and effectively move from a fixed cost structure to a variable cost structure.
